On the morning of June 6, 2026, the opening of the 2026 Young Worker Men's Football Tournament took place at the Gia Lai Province Youth Activity Center Football Field, jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation, the Gia Lai Provincial Youth Union and Vietnam Youth Federation, and TCP Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The "Young Workers – Spreading Positive Energy" festival series aims to equip participants with life skills and knowledge, enhance physical and mental well-being, and strengthen connections within the young worker community, especially in industrial zones, export processing zones, and non-state enterprises. It also provides an opportunity for businesses to demonstrate social responsibility and care for the young labor force.

The tournament is a practical activity that contributes to improving the cultural and spiritual life of young workers, promoting sports and physical fitness, while also creating opportunities for union members and youth to interact, learn, and strengthen solidarity, thereby building a dynamic and healthy working environment.

"The 2026 Young Worker Football Tournament is a healthy and rewarding playground that allows workers to satisfy their passion for football. It not only brings thrilling moments on the pitch but also gives young workers a chance to interact, learn, and grow through each match. I have learned valuable lessons about perseverance, teamwork, and the responsibility of each member on the field. These are essential qualities not only in sports but also in work and daily life," shared Hữu Phòng.

Hữu Phòng also hopes the organizers will hold more football tournaments for young workers, providing them with opportunities for experience, interaction, and a regular, beneficial playground for laborers, thereby contributing to the improvement of young workers' spiritual lives.

The "Young Workers – Spreading Positive Energy" festival in 2026 will be held in three locations: Phú Thọ (May 30–31), Gia Lai (June 6–7), and Ho Chi Minh City (June 13–14), expected to attract over 6,000 young workers.
