Recently, the tournament organizers requested that match organizers and clubs enhance coordination, proactively review, inspect, and fully implement preparatory measures to ensure matches are held safely and as planned.

Particular emphasis is placed on ensuring security and safety; developing and preparing appropriate security reinforcement plans in case spectator numbers exceed expectations. Additionally, clubs should proactively prepare contingency plans for adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or thunderstorms, that may occur before, during, or after matches.

Any incidents that arise must be promptly updated and reported to the tournament organizers for coordinated handling and resolution.

Furthermore, units must comply with regulations regarding match protocols, sponsorship, advertising, and communications; ensuring the accurate and complete display of logos, uniforms, and the number and placement of advertising boards as per the tournament regulations and VPF company guidelines.

The tournament organizers also urged club leaders to repeatedly remind and instruct staff, coaches, and players to strictly adhere to the Laws of the Game, maintaining a positive and sportsmanlike spirit and attitude during matches and while performing duties.

Clubs should encourage players' competitive spirit, motivate their effort and determination, and demonstrate proper professional capability in each match; meanwhile, they must respect referees' decisions, contributing to the professional quality and overall image of the tournament.

Based on the schedule and match calendar of the LPBank Securities National Cup 2025/26, the tournament organizers have agreed to hold the third-place award ceremony for the two losing semi-final clubs immediately after the matches on June 11 at Thiên Trường Stadium and Ninh Bình Stadium.
