Guangdong Women's Football Team partners with Guangzhou Digital Technology to create a "Guangdong Model" for revitalizing the three major ball sports.

It brought together leaders from provincial and municipal sports departments, football experts, players from the Guangdong Women's Football team, and representatives from tech innovation and charitable organizations.

Lei Jianjun, a deputy department-level official of the Guangdong Provincial Sports Bureau, stated that Guangzhou Digital Technology Group is a "national team" and "main force" in China's digital technology sector. The Guangdong Sports Foundation is the only provincial-level public fundraising sports foundation in the province. Meanwhile, the Guangdong Women's Football team, a long-established powerhouse in domestic women's football, has nurtured national players such as Wu Weiying, Zhao Lihong, Shi Guihong, Tan Ruyin, Chen Qiaozhu, and Li Qingtong. This tripartite cooperation, driven by public welfare and bonded by technology, is not only a proactive response to the national strategy of "revitalizing the three major ball sports," but also a demonstration of state-owned enterprises using digital technology to give back to sports and leveraging industrial advantages to empower public welfare. He expressed hope that the integrated development path of "public welfare + technology + sports" would provide a "Guangdong Model" for exploring the future of Chinese football.

Lei Jianjun hopes that this cooperation will serve as a starting point to encourage more leading enterprises like Guangzhou Digital Technology Group and other social forces to pay attention to women's football development, allowing more girls to pursue their dreams on the green field.

The donation ceremony took place in two rounds. The highlight of the event—the debut of the "Shuke Pingyun" Women's Football AI Agent—saw Luo Yu, captain of the Guangdong Women's Football team, come on stage to witness the release of the digital avatar of AI Luo Yu.

The public welfare salon brought cross-sector in-depth discussions to the event. Luo Dongbin, Director of the Guangdong Football Sports Center; Wu Jiahua, Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Sports Foundation; Li Hui, Head Coach of the Guangdong Women's Football team; and Yan Jie, General Manager of Kecheng Culture Company, which is dedicated to promoting drone football, engaged in deep exchanges on key topics such as the professionalization of women's football, the integration of sports technology and public welfare, and grassroots youth training. The guests shared practical ideas on introducing social capital, digital scientific training, technology-enabled youth development, and standardized social event organization, providing pragmatic pathways for the industrialization of Guangdong Women's Football. Meanwhile, a drone football science experience was held simultaneously, using fun tech sports to promote football culture.
