Closing out the 2025/26 season marked by numerous setbacks, Green Steel Nam Dinh Club issued a touching message to fans, expressing gratitude for their steadfast support during the entire campaign.
The 2025/26 season did not go as hoped for the Nam Dinh team. After two consecutive V-League championships, coach Vu Hong Viet and his players could not fulfill the dream of setting a record with three straight titles in Vietnam's top league. In the AFC Champions League Two, Shopee Cup, and National Cup, the Nam Dinh side also failed to bring complete joy to their fans.
Nevertheless, what warmed the hearts of Green Steel Nam Dinh's coaching staff and players was the unwavering love and support from their fans. Not only present during victories, supporters stood by the team even in the most difficult moments.

"We saw in the stands not just moments of celebrating wins, but also silence and applause of encouragement after defeats. The team understands that they are never alone," emphasized the message from Green Steel Nam Dinh Club.
According to the Nam Dinh team, the sight of fans filling Thien Truong Stadium and accompanying the squad in many localities, even at regional and continental tournaments, left beautiful impressions and earned respect from various quarters. This is seen as a special value that cannot be measured by any achievement.
"Football is not only about victories; it also includes the sad days of defeat. What matters is that the team remains there, gets back up to fight, so that Thien Truong Stadium always lights up," shared Green Steel Nam Dinh Club.

The Nam Dinh team also affirmed that it will continue to invest heavily with the support of Xuan Thien Group and Mr. Thien. Besides strengthening the squad, the club aims to overhaul management operations and upgrade facilities, from training grounds and stadiums to the gym, to prepare optimally for the 2026/27 season.
In the heartfelt letter, Green Steel Nam Dinh also thanked fan groups such as FC Am Vang Thien Truong, Nam Dinh Fans, FC Thanh Nam, FC My Loc, FC Hai Hau, FC Nam Dinh in Dong Nai, along with thousands of supporters nationwide and internationally who have always stood by the team.
"With more than two months without football, the club will miss the fans dearly. Let's meet again in V-League 2026/27," the Nam Dinh team concluded their tribute with an emotional message.
After a season that fell short of expectations, Green Steel Nam Dinh may not have retained the crown, but the love the team received from the Thien Truong stands remains a precious asset, building faith for a new journey ahead.
