South Korea's fate could be revealed as early as one day from now! To advance, they need three conditions to be met simultaneously, hoping for help from Spain and Egypt.

Currently, the Asian powerhouse South Korean men's football team is anxiously awaiting its final fate in this World Cup. Notably, the "Taeguk Warriors" could know whether they will advance to the knockout stage as soon as one day later.

On the 27th, the final round of six matches in Groups G, H, and I will take place. If the three groups simultaneously meet the corresponding conditions, South Korea could secure their qualification as early as one day later.

In the earliest Group I match, South Korea's fate will be determined by the result of Senegal vs. Iraq.

South Korean fans hope for one of the following three scenarios: 1. If Senegal draws with Iraq, the third-place team Senegal would have 1 point; 2. If Senegal beats Iraq by exactly 1 goal, the third-place Senegal would have 3 points with a -2 goal difference; 3. If Iraq beats Senegal by 1 to 4 goals, the third-place Iraq would have at most 3 points with a -2 goal difference.

In this way, South Korea would be able to finish ahead of the third-place team in that group.

In the subsequent final Group H match, South Korea will closely watch the game between Uruguay and Spain. The Korean team will fully support Spain, because if Spain defeats Uruguay, the third-place team in that group would end up with only 2 points, definitely unable to surpass South Korea.

In the latest final Group G match, South Korea will pray for Egypt's help. If Egypt defeats Iran, the third-place team in that group would also have only 2 points. In that case, the South Korean men's team could confirm their advancement to the knockout stage one day early.

However, if any one of these three groups fails to meet the condition, South Korea's wait will extend to the last matchday of the group stage.

Of course, if none of the three groups meet the corresponding conditions (meaning three more third-place teams surpass South Korea), the Korean team would not be directly eliminated. Instead, they would have to wait until the final matchday of the group stage to know their elimination.
