According to the latest report from Italy media outlet Goal.com, Milan's 24-year-old France defender Lukaka has agreed to join Juventus, and the Bianconeri hope to sign him before the first round of the new Serie A season.
According to the Italian media, Juventus' new target is Kalulu due to Juventus' defender target Todibo being cut off by West Ham United, and the team needs to sign a defender before the summer window closes. Juventus director Giuntoli has already held talks with Kalulu's agent and has received a positive answer from the player, with Kalulu saying he is willing to switch to Juventus. As a result, Juventus have made their first offer to AC Milan.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus plan to spend €3 million on Kalulu on loan for one season, with an optional €14 million buyout next summer for a total of €17 million.
Kalulu came through the Lyon academy and joined AC Milan from Lyon II for €1.39 million in the summer window of 2020.
The 24-year-old Kalulu, a 1.82-meter-tall, right-footed player who can play as a centre-back and right-back, has a contract with Milan until 2027 and is valued at €25 million, with an annual salary of €2 million after tax. Kalulu made just 11 appearances for AC Milan in all competitions last season, starting five of them.
