A transfer fee of €85 million for the introduction and €18 million for the departure; Manchester United is negotiating with Dortmund regarding Sancho's transfer, with a weekly salary of £300,000.

Sancho has become a hot potato for Manchester United, as they find it challenging to sell him. The player is completely out of Amorim's plans, yet his weekly salary of £300,000 is unaffordable for any club outside the Saudi Super League.

According to the latest news from Sky Sports Germany, Dortmund has reconnected with their former player Sancho, and both parties have engaged in discussions again, with Sancho being considered by Dortmund for this summer's transfer window.

It is reported that Sancho is eager to return to Dortmund to regain a starting position, especially with the World Cup approaching next year. To free up the £300,000 weekly salary, Manchester United is willing to sell Sancho for €18 million, which is a significant loss compared to the €85 million transfer fee they paid four years ago. Chelsea had initially activated a buyout for Sancho, but due to the player's unwillingness to take a pay cut, the Blues paid £5 million in compensation to "return" Sancho to Manchester United. Therefore, a return to Dortmund might be a win-win situation, but the £300,000 weekly salary remains a hurdle. Currently, the only solution is for Manchester United and Dortmund to share the salary burden, with Manchester United effectively paying to send Sancho away; otherwise, they risk losing both the player and the financial investment when his contract expires next summer.
