Sheško is confirmed to wear Manchester United's number 30! He has joined the full team training and claims he has the ability to help the Red Devils return to the top.

Although Manchester United has not officially announced it, Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Benjamin Sheško will wear the Red Devils' number 30 jersey in the new season, the same number he wore at RB Leipzig and Red Bull Salzburg. The previous wearer of this number, new signing Diego Laínez, has switched to number 35.

Sheško has maintained the number 30 jersey since his time at Salzburg, as the club sees him as the successor to Norwegian striker Erling Haaland, who wore number 30 during his time with the team. Subsequently, Sheško has consistently kept this jersey number at the club level.

Sheško has joined Manchester United's full team training, and Ruben Amorim plans to hold a closed-door friendly match with a local team this week to give the 21-year-old Slovenian forward and goalkeeper André Onana some practical playing time. According to The Sun, Sheško joined training on Monday, and the coaching staff arranged a training match for him, which reportedly ended in a 7-7 draw.
