Former tennis star Anna Kournikova revealed her baby bump during a rare public outing in Miami, just a few months after health concerns emerged.

Anna Kournikova allowed fans to see her clearly pregnant belly for the first time while taking a stroll under the Miami sun on Tuesday. The former world No. 8 tennis player is expecting her fourth child with her partner, Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias.

It is believed that Kournikova, 44, has been five months pregnant, but her baby bump has only now become visible. The Russian beauty, once named the most attractive woman in the world, was photographed grocery shopping with her son in Miami this week.

Dressed in a comfortable black outfit and matching sunglasses, Kournikova’s baby bump showed clearly through her loose black sweater. Kournikova and Iglesias, 50, have three children – seven-year-old twins Lucy and Nicholas, and a five-year-old daughter, Mary.
