Live coverage of the Korea Open Badminton Tournament featuring Feng Yanzhe/Huang Dongping and Guo Xinwa/Chen Fanghui, along with today's schedule attached.
Youku and CCTV Video are streaming the Korea Open Badminton Tournament live, featuring matches with Feng Yanzhe/Huang Dongping and Guo Xinwa/Chen Fanghui. Also attached is the schedule for the Chinese national team’s matches that have yet to start today.
The first match is live now: mixed doubles between Feng Yanzhe/Huang Dongping and Shoji Yuichi/Asaka Yuki. The first game is ongoing, with Feng Yanzhe/Huang Dongping holding a 19-18 lead.
The second match is currently live, featuring Guo Xinwa/Chen Fanghui against Ruttanapak/Genicha. Both sides are playing the first game, which has just begun, with Guo Xinwa/Chen Fanghui ahead 1-0.
Event Preview
In the opening match, the Fenghuang pair is ranked second in the world and shows tremendous strength; winning against their opponents should be straightforward. However, Feng Yanzhe sometimes struggles to control his emotions on court. It’s crucial he stays composed, or the outcome could be unpredictable.
For the second match, I believe Guo Xinwa/Chen Fanghui will play steadily and defeat their opponents to advance to the quarterfinals, as they definitely have the capability.
Attached is the schedule for the Chinese national team’s matches yet to begin today, as shown in the image below. There are still five matches remaining for the team, and we hope they all win to move on to the next round.
