On February 21st Beijing time, the ATP 500 Doha event concluded with its champion decided, while the ATP 250 Delray Beach final matchup was revealed, setting up a U.S. battle between Paul and Korda.

Alcaraz
The Doha tournament marked Alcaraz’s first competition after the Australian Open. However, the top seed’s path to the title was not without challenges, facing tough matches against two Russian players, Khachanov and Rublev. In the quarterfinals, he battled Khachanov over three sets before securing a comeback victory. His final opponent, Fils, was equally formidable; this French rising star born in 2004 had been sidelined for eight months due to injury and made a strong return with former Djokovic coach Ivanisevic joining his team. Remarkably, Fils reached the final in only his third tournament back.
Contrary to expectations, the final turned out to be one-sided. Fils is known for his powerful forehand style, but in this match, Alcaraz countered with aggressive play of his own, overwhelming the Frenchman. Under pressure, Fils showed signs of frustration, even smashing his racket. His usually strong serve was ineffective. Alcaraz delivered his most effortless performance of the week, defeating his opponent in just 50 minutes with a commanding 6-2, 6-1 victory to secure his 11th hard court title and 26th overall on the tour.
