Novak Djokovic will be a wild card at ATP 250 Geneva

On May 9, local time, the ATP 250 Geneva station officially announced that Serbian king Djokovic will participate in this year's tournament with a wild card. This year's Geneva will take place a week before the French Open, from 18 to 24 May.

This is the second consecutive year that Djokovic has made his appearance in Geneva, having reached the men's singles semi-finals at the tournament last year, losing to Mahachi in the semi-finals. After losing back-to-back opening matches at this year's Monte Carlo and Madrid clay Masters, the Serbian has opted out of the Rome Masters, which kicks off this week, and will make his final warm-up for the French Open in Geneva.

Novak Djokovic will continue his quest for his 100th tour title in Geneva, with Fritz and Ruud also in the tournament. Also taking place in Geneva is the ATP 500 in Hamburg, where Sinner and Rune are two of the world's top 10 players confirmed.
