Phase 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship will take place from October 7 to 16 in Ninh Binh, featuring 8 men's teams and 8 women's teams. This stage is decisive for determining the champion and selecting Vietnam's representative for the 2026 Asian Club Championship – AVC Champions League. Conversely, the last-placed team will be relegated to the A division in 2026.

The competition format remains the same as last season: teams play a single round-robin to accumulate points, with the top 4 advancing to the semifinals and the remaining 4 entering the relegation round.

In phase 1, teams completed 5 group matches. Therefore, in phase 2, each team will play only 2 group matches before entering the finals, all held centrally in Ninh Binh.
