At 12:00 PM, Geleximco Hưng Yên will face TPHCM in a crucial women's match. This is considered the decisive battle for the last relegation spot, so both teams enter the game with maximum determination.

The 2:30 PM match features Lavie Tây Ninh against Hà Nội. This match holds little significance as Tây Ninh was already relegated in the previous round and will compete with a farewell mindset.

The men's third-place playoff between LPB Ninh Bình and Công an TPHCM takes place at 5:30 PM. Both teams aim for victory to finish the season in the highest possible position.

Closing the day is the women's final between VTV Bình Điền Long An and LPB Ninh Bình. The southern team is determined to defend their title, while the home team will fight hard to claim their first championship on home ground.

Phase 2 The 2025 National Volleyball Championship will be held from October 7 to 16 in Ninh Bình with 8 men's teams and 8 women's teams participating. This stage is decisive in determining the champion and selecting Vietnam's representative for the 2026 Asian Club Championship - AVC Champions League. Conversely, the last-placed team will be relegated to the A league in 2026.

The competition format remains the same as last season, with teams playing a single round-robin for points, the top 4 advancing to the semifinals, and the remaining 4 entering the relegation round.

In phase 1, teams completed 5 group matches. Therefore, in phase 2, each team has only 2 group matches before entering the finals, all centralized in Ninh Bình.
