At present, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is focused on training with the Vietnam women's volleyball squad ahead of the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand this December.
According to the latest information, the contract between outside hitter Vi Thi Quynh and the Quang Ninh women's volleyball club will officially expire in December 2025. More than two domestic clubs have expressed interest in recruiting this player, but she remains cautious and has not yet decided on her next destination.
During the remaining contract period, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh affirms she will dedicate herself fully to Quang Ninh, demonstrating professionalism and respect for her commitment to the club. In the 2025 season, Quang Ninh women's volleyball club performed impressively, finishing as runners-up in the National A League, although they did not secure promotion to the 2026 National Championship.
Vi Thi Nhu Quynh is the only player from Quang Ninh called up to the Vietnam women's volleyball team in 2025. Currently, she and her teammates are training in Quang Ninh to prepare for the 33rd SEA Games which will be held this December in Thailand.
If selected for the official lineup, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh will travel with the team to Thailand for the competition before returning home to consider her future after the Games conclude.
According to plans, after the 33rd SEA Games, the 23-year-old outside hitter will join Indonesia’s Yogya Falcons club under a short-term contract for the 2025–2026 Indonesian National Championship. Competing internationally will provide Vi Thi Nhu Quynh with valuable experience, but it may also cause her to miss the first phase of the 2026 National Championship in Vietnam.
Coaches assess Vi Thi Nhu Quynh as a young player with consistent performance, strong discipline, and a professional attitude, always honoring her commitments to the teams she represents. It is believed that all decisions regarding her future will be carefully considered with a focus on long-term career development.
Earlier in 2025, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh played for the Cong Thuong Bank team in the National Championship under a loan agreement from Quang Ninh. She also participated with VTV Binh Dien Long An in the 2025 AVC Champions League.
