Volleyball beauty Đặng Thị Kim Thanh travels to Thailand for competition

Kim Thanh is genuinely stepping up in the outside hitter position following several years as a middle blocker.

National women's volleyball player Đặng Thị Kim Thanh will join VTV Bình Điền Long An to compete for a spot in the 2026 AVC Women's Club Championship against Supreme Chonburi.

The match will take place at 5:00 PM on February 26 in Thailand, meaning VTV Bình Điền Long An will be the visiting team in this crucial game.

Đặng Thị Kim Thanh is no longer part of the VTV BĐLA roster after her contract with the reigning national champions ended, the volleyball beauty born in 1999 now plays for Ho Chi Minh City. However, in the first half of this season, Kim Thanh was still allowed to play for her former club on loan.

The 26-year-old star has reunited with her teammates, participated in the send-off ceremony, and is now in Thailand preparing for the match against Supreme Chonburi. Kim Thanh played exceptionally well to help VTV BĐLA successfully defend their championship titleand beyond that, her strong performance earned her a spot back on the national team, where she helped secure the silver medal at the 33rd SEA Games held in Thailand.
