The Information Corps - Army Group 19 dominates two consecutive village tournaments, receiving an enormous cash prize.

The Information Corps - Army Group 19 (BCTT – BĐ 19) is currently enjoying a period of peak success, having won back-to-back titles at the Quan Do and Kim Thieu village volleyball competitions, setting a strong tone for the 2026 National Championship.

Kieu Trinh, Lam Oanh, and their teammates at BCTT - BĐ19 are making an impressive pre-season start. The Quan Do village tournament, which gathered strong teams like Hanoi Tasco Auto, Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement, VTV Binh Dien Long An, Duc Giang Chemicals, Hai Phong, and Vietinbank, served as proof. In the final, BCTT – BĐ 19 faced Vietinbank and secured a 2-1 victory (25-14, 22-25, 15-12) after a thrilling comeback. Prior to that, the soldiers in uniform successively overcame Duc Giang Chemicals and Hanoi Tasco Auto to reach the final match.

With the championship title, BCTT – BĐ 19 received a bonus of up to 103 million VND. Notably, "volleyball beauty queen" Hoang Thi Kieu Trinh continued to attract attention not only for her striking appearance but also for her consistent performance, making significant contributions to the team's overall gameplay.

Notably, immediately after the Quan Do tournament, BCTT – BĐ 19 continued their impressive journey at the Kim Thieu village tournament. Despite having to play both the semi-final and final matches on the same day, the female soldiers maintained their physical stamina and resilient competitive spirit to claim the top spot.

Not only did the team win the collective championship, but they also swept the individual awards. Lam Oanh was honored as the "Most Outstanding Player" for her explosive performance, while Khanh Huyen was voted the "Tournament Beauty Queen." The total prize money at Kim Thieu (including team and individual awards) exceeded 100 million VND.

Winning two village tournaments in a row not only brought in a "massive" total prize pool of over 200 million VND but also demonstrated the depth of the squad and the stability of BCTT – BĐ 19. This is considered a perfect springboard before entering the arena of the 2026 National Championship, where the team in uniform continues to aim for the championship title.
