In today's rematch against Toray Arrows, Gunma Green Wings experienced a five-set battle but ultimately secured a 3-2 victory (25-10, 19-25, 23-25, 25-11, 15-8), thereby raising their total wins this season to 20.
Gunma started the match impressively, with Thanh Thuy and her teammates completely dominating their opponents. The team quickly created a significant gap and closed the first set with a decisive 25-10 win, taking a 1-0 lead.
However, Toray Arrows demonstrated resilience in the next two sets. They effectively exploited gaps in Gunma's back-row defense to create a balanced game situation. Consequently, Toray successively won 25-19 and 25-23, reversing the score to lead 2-1 after three sets.

Facing a difficult situation, Gunma's coaching staff made tactical adjustments in the fourth set. Coach Sakamoto decided to move Thanh Thuy to play as an opposite hitter, while Rozanski and Takaso took on the role of main attackers. This change significantly improved Gunma's offensive power and quickly allowed them to control the game. As a result, the home team secured a dominant 25-11 victory, pushing the match into the deciding set.
In the fifth set, Gunma Green Wings continued to maintain their momentum. With stable gameplay and composure at critical moments, Thanh Thuy and her teammates encountered little difficulty in closing the set with a 15-8 score, thereby winning the overall match 3-2.
According to statistics, Tran Thi Thanh Thuy delivered an effective performance with 16 points, achieving an attack efficiency of 45.5% and adding 1 ace point from her serve.
